About the Role

We are setting up a new IT services company focused on providing web development, software development, CRM, automation, and other IT solutions to international clients.

We are looking for an experienced IT Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us identify new project opportunities, prepare proposals, communicate with prospects, and contribute to building our business development process from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment and wants to take ownership of the bidding and lead-generation process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other suitable channels.

Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare customized, skilled proposals based on project requirements.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and estimates.

Manage initial client communication, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

Maintain records of bids, proposals, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Work toward achieving monthly bidding and business development targets.

Help establish and improve the company's bidding and sales process.

Coordinate with the development team to ensure proposals are technically aligned.

Requirements





2–3 years of relevant experience in IT bidding, business development, or online lead generation.

Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar freelancing platforms.

Good understanding of IT services such as web development, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, CRM, automation, or software development.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to understand project requirements and create customized proposals.

Experience in client follow-ups and converting leads into opportunities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
