IT Asset Management Executive / Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Asset Management Executive / Analyst to manage and track IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including allocation, tracking, maintenance, recovery, and disposal.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other IT assets.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory, asset register, and CMDB.
- Track asset allocation, transfers, repairs, replacements, returns, and disposal.
- Handle asset issuance and recovery during employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Conduct physical asset verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of serial numbers, warranty, AMC, ownership, location, and user assignment.
- Coordinate with IT Support, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and employees.




- Prepare asset and reconciliation reports for audits.
- Support secure data wiping and disposal of end-of-life equipment.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, Inventory Management, or Service Desk.
- Good knowledge of IT hardware and asset lifecycle management.
- Strong Excel and documentation skills.
- Experience with ITSM/Asset Management tools.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, SCCM/Intune, Lansweeper is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and attention to detail.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
