Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor store CCTV footage on a daily basis and report any irregularities or technical issues to the concerned teams.
- Provide backend IT support for store systems, POS terminals, and internal software applications.
- Log, track, and follow up on IT issues and store maintenance concerns until resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing, troubleshooting, and replacement whenever required.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure across stores, including routers, switches, internet connectivity, and related equipment.
- Conduct regular system health checks and maintain issue logs, maintenance records, and IT-related reports.
- Provide remote or on-site troubleshooting support for minor IT, system, networking, and electrical issues.
- Coordinate with store teams and relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.




- Perform any other IT-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Freshers or candidates with relevant IT support experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, POS systems, networking, routers, switches, internet connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel to stores for in office technical support, whenever required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
