About Position:

We are seeking an experienced ISIM Lead to spearhead the design, implementation, integration, and support of IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) solutions. This role is pivotal in managing identity lifecycle processes, access governance, application integrations, and IAM transformation initiatives while providing technical leadership to delivery teams.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end ISIM implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement initiatives.
- Design and implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management.




- Configure and customize ISIM workflows, provisioning policies, approval workflows, and identity policies.
- Integrate ISIM with Microsoft Active Directory, Ldap, Ticketing Tool ServiceNow, SAP, HRMS, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Lead application onboarding, connector development, reconciliation, certification, and access review activities.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive platform optimization.
- Support audit, statutory compliance, and governance requirements through reporting and access controls.
- Prepare solution designs, effort estimates, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive stakeholder management and collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
- Mentor IAM engineers and provide technical leadership for delivery and support teams.
- Lead IAM modernization and migration programs, including migrations from ISIM to Sailpoint IdentityIQ or other modern IGA platforms.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8+ years of IAM experience with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).
- Experience with ISIM workflows, provisioning policies, adapters, services, and reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management, Access and Authorization RBAC, Statutory Compliance.
- Experience integrating ISIM with Microsoft Active Directory, Ldap, Ticketing Tool ServiceNow, SAP, and HRMS.
- Hands-on experience with Unix, Basic SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience with IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence, ISAM on Linux, or Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
- Exposure to Google IAM,



Microsoft Entra Verified ID, and IAM modernization projects.
- Experience leading enterprise IAM transformation and managed services engagements.
- As an ISIM Lead, you will bring a wealth of experience in IAM solutions, a deep understanding of identity management processes, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Your technical acumen and leadership skills will be crucial in driving successful IAM initiatives and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
