Industrial Digitalization & IoT Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on engineer to develop a Digital Product Identification, Traceability and Smart Platform for our product.

The engineer will be responsible for connecting our physical products with their complete digital history using QR codes, barcodes, NFC, databases, software applications and, eventually, IoT/embedded electronics.

The objective is to create a system where every actuator manufactured by the company has a unique digital identity and its complete manufacturing, inspection, testing and service history can be accessed digitally.

Develop a system to record, Product model,Serial number, Customer etc
1. Shop-Floor Data Collection

Scan → Identify Product → Enter/Verify Data → Save → Move to Next Process

1. Generate QR / Barcode / NFC
2. Database & Software Development

Knowledge of
- SQL
- MySQL / MariaDB / PostgreSQL
- REST APIs
- JSON
- Web applications
- Authentication and user permissions
- Data backup and security

is preferred.
1. ERP Integration

Integrate the traceability system with existing ERP/manufacturing systems wherever required.
1. Industrial IoT – Future Development

The candidate will also participate in development of Smart Pneumatic Actuators Knowledge of STM32 / ESP32 / Arduino / similar embedded platforms will be advantageous.

Technical Skills – Mandatory The candidate should have practical knowledge of:

Manufacturing Understanding The candidate must be willing to work directly with the manufacturing team and understand:
- Work Orders
- BOM
- Routing
- Process stages

- Inspection plans
- Material traceability
- Heat numbers
- Batch numbers
- Serial numbers
- Quality records
- Testing
- Dispatch

This is not a desk-only software development position. The engineer will be expected to understand the actual manufacturing process and develop software around the process.

Education: B.E./B.Tech in:
- Computer Science Engineering
- Information Technology
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Instrumentation Engineering

MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science candidates with strong practical development experience may also be considered.

Experience

1–3 years preferred.

Freshers with demonstrated projects in:

- IoT
- Embedded systems
- Web applications
- NFC/RFID
- ERP
- Database applications

may be considered.

Selection Priority

Candidates will be evaluated primarily on practical capability, not only academic qualification.

Strong practical project > high academic marks.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate at least one working project involving software, database, IoT, embedded system, automation or hardware/software integration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
