About the Role

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented iOS Developer with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience to join our core product engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Senior iOS Developer to design, build, and maintain production-grade Point of Sale (POS) and retail mobile applications deployed across iPad and iPhone devices.

Our engineering operations are based out of Kochi, working directly on enterprise retail platforms for clients in Dubai. This position is 100% remote and offers deep, hands-on exposure to high-volume transactional interfaces, modern authentication architectures, and retail hardware workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Implementation: Translate complex UI layouts, design systems, and vector assets directly from Figma and Adobe Illustrator into clean, modular, and pixel-perfect SwiftUI components.
- Feature Development & Ownership: Partner with the other developers to implement core POS workflows.
- Enterprise Authentication: Implement and maintain robust Single Sign-On (SSO) workflows using standard protocols (OAuth 2.0 / SAML / OIDC) and secure credential management.
- API & System Integration: Connect SwiftUI interfaces to backend RESTful / WebSocket APIs, implement responsive local data caching, and assist in peripheral hardware integrations (barcode/RFID scanners, receipt printers).
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Write testable, maintainable Swift code, conduct code reviews, and proactively debug performance or UI rendering bottlenecks using Xcode Instruments.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Experience: ~3 years of professional native iOS development experience with a strong emphasis on Swift and SwiftUI.
- Design Fidelity: Proven track record of taking raw design assets from Figma and Adobe Illustrator and crafting responsive, production-ready interfaces across varying screen sizes.
- Auth & Security: Practical experience integrating enterprise SSO systems and handling secure token lifecycles.
- Architecture: Strong grasp of modern iOS design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, reactive state management).
- Domain Awareness: Prior experience or strong interest in POS, retail billing, or e-commerce workflows.
- Teamwork & Autonomy: High degree of self-sufficiency in an asynchronous, remote work environment, with disciplined Git version control habits.

Nice to Have

- Experience with local offline storage (CoreData, Realm, or SQLite).
- Exposure to external accessory frameworks (MFi) or camera-based scanning SDKs.
- Experience collaborating across time zones (alignment with UAE business hours).
