Role Description This is a full-time, on-site iOS App Developer role based in Bengaluru. The iOS App Developer will design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that integrate Identy.io’s biometric authentication SDKs and APIs.

Responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing app performance, ensuring security and privacy best practices, and collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. The role involves writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews,



debugging and resolving issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our mobile biometrics solutions. The developer will also help ensure that iOS applications align with industry standards and internal quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and Mobile Applications, with experience building production-grade apps.
- Proficiency in iOS Development and iOS frameworks (e.g., UIKit/SwiftUI, CoreData, AVFoundation) and integration of SDKs.
- Solid foundation in Software Development, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience with Swift (and/or Objective-C), Xcode, RESTful APIs, and JSON-based client-server communication.
- Understanding of mobile security, encryption, and privacy-by-design principles; experience with authentication or biometrics is a plus.

- Ability to debug, profile, and optimize app performance across a range of iOS devices.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams, with explicit communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
