Role Description The Investment Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Investment

Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, performing financial modeling and due diligence, and preparing investment proposals and reports. This role includes monitoring portfolio performance, managing investor relationships, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales, finance, and product to align investment strategies with Square Yards’ business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong financial analysis, valuation, and investment modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, data interpretation, and competitive analysis to assess real estate and proptech opportunities.
- Candidates should possess experience in portfolio management, risk assessment, and performance tracking of investments.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, reports, and investor documentation.
- Candidates should possess stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with investors, developers, and financial institutions.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with real estate, proptech, and financial services sectors, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong analytical thinking, and show accountability for business outcomes.
