Investment Analyst – Titan Capital

Experience: 2–3 Years

Compensation: ₹20–25 LPA

About The Role We are looking for an Investment Analyst who is genuinely curious about businesses and enjoys understanding how companies are built, scaled and differentiated.

The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle — from identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities to conducting research and due diligence, supporting transactions, and working with portfolio companies post-investment.

This is an prospect to work closely with the investment team and founders across startups, technology and emerging business models.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, strategy, high-quality startups, corporate development or other analytical roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in startups, technology, businesses and investing
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals including revenue, growth, margins, unit economics, P&L; and key business metrics
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
- Ability to conduct market, industry and company-level research and develop an independent point of view
- Exposure to transactions, due diligence or working closely with businesses will be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate insights and investment perspectives
- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Intellectual curiosity, humility and willingness to learn

What You’ll Do
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Conduct market, sector and company research




- Analyse business models, financials, unit economics and growth drivers
- Build financial models and investment analyses
- Support due diligence and prepare investment memoranda
- Work closely with founders and management teams to understand businesses, challenges and opportunities
- Track and analyse portfolio company performance and MIS
- Support deal execution and transaction-related activities
- Prepare materials for internal investment discussions and reviews
- Develop perspectives on emerging sectors, technologies, business models and market trends
- Support portfolio engagement, investor reporting and other fund initiatives

- Growing into an investor capable of independently evaluating opportunities and contributing meaningfully to investment decisions
