Role Description This full-time, on-site Inventory Control Specialist role is based in Rudrapur.

The Inventory Control

Specialist will monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including daily stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical inventory with system data. The role involves coordinating shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring that inventory movements are properly documented. The specialist will analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and control.



Additional responsibilities include collaborating with operations, procurement, and warehousing teams to optimize inventory levels, support audits, follow safety and compliance standards, and prepare regular inventory reports and metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills, including maintaining accurate stock records and implementing control procedures.
- Experience with Inventory Accuracy and Physical Inventory activities, such as cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation of system and physical data.
- Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving processes, including verification of shipments, documentation, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP tools, and basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations; experience in large or tech-enabled supply chain environments is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
