Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

- Handle queries related to billing, payments, accounts, products, services, and complaints.

- Maintain excellent English communication and active listening skills.

- Provide a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

- Follow prescribed process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Identify customer needs and provide suitable products, plans, upgrades, or additional services where applicable.

- Perform upselling and cross-selling while focusing on customer requirements.

- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.

- Meet key performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, CSAT, Quality, and productivity.

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

- Maintain professionalism and handle difficult or irate customers effectively.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly performance targets.

- Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.

Preferred candidate profile

- xperience: 1.6+ year in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service

- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication

- Customer Handling: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

- Sales: Upselling/cross-selling experience preferred

- Typing & Computer Skills: Basic MS Office, CRM, and email handling

- Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts

- Personality: Confident, qualified, patient, and customer-focused

- Target Orientation: Ability to meet AHT, CSAT, Quality, and productivity targets

- Location: Candidates who can work from the required office location

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
