Experience: Freshers / Minimum 6 months relevant BPO experience

Process: US / UK Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi

Work Mode: Work From Home

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off

Eligibility: Graduates / Under-Graduates / Dropouts can apply

Candidates with International BPO experience are preferred. Candidates with Non-Voice experience and strong English communication skills may also be considered.

IMPORTANT – INTERVIEW PROCESS The selection process will take place in two stages:

Stage 1 – Telephonic Screening

18 September 2026

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Shortlisted candidates will receive a telephonic screening call during this time.

Candidates who successfully transparent the telephonic screening will be invited for the F2F interview on 19 September 2026.

Stage 2 – F2F Interview

19 September 2026

Work From Home Opportunity

Selected candidates will work from home. Once shortlisted and successfully onboarded, the required work assets will be delivered to the candidate to begin working.

Location Eligibility

Candidates should currently be based in Gurgaon or Delhi.

Candidates residing in Noida / Ghaziabad may be required to relocate to Gurgaon/Delhi to meet the location requirements.
