We are looking for an experienced

International Travel Consultant who can independently handle company-provided international travel leads, prepare customized holiday packages, coordinate with DMCs and suppliers, prepare quotations and successfully close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle company-provided international travel leads

- Understand client destination, budget, travel dates and requirements

- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, transfer & activity suppliers

- Prepare complete customized packages with hotel, transfers, sightseeing and activities

- Prepare professional quotations and itineraries

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp communication and regular follow-ups

- Negotiate packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

- Suggest suitable hotels, destinations and package options

- Coordinate visa requirements wherever applicable

- Follow up for customer payments and booking confirmation

- Maintain every query, quotation,



follow-up and payment update properly in

CRM

- Handover confirmed booking details accurately to the operations team

- Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in

International Tour Packages / Travel Sales

- Good knowledge of popular international destinations

- Experience working with

DMCs and international suppliers

- Strong package costing and quotation skills

- Good sales closing and customer-handling skills

- Good English & Hindi communication

- Basic knowledge of visa documentation preferred

- CRM knowledge will be an advantage

- Must be willing to work from the

Ahmedabad office
