Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. If you have solid international BPO voice experience and excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries related to travel bookings and support.
- Provide accurate and professional customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and follow company processes.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice experience
- Excellent English communication skills




- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts
