We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Premium International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally.
- Verify customer information and resolve queries on the first contact.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, CSAT, and AHT targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work in US/UK night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
