Position: Customer Support Executive

Salary: 26,000- 38,000 CTC per month

Process: International Voice / Non-Voice

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer interactions through voice, email, or chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, professional resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.




- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
