Role Description This is a full-time, in office Internal Medicine Physician role based in Prayagraj. The physician will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on critically ill and high-dependency patients.

Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinating care with ICU teams and other specialists. The role involves close collaboration with nursing staff and tele-ICU clinicians, participating in multidisciplinary rounds,



and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. The physician will also contribute to patient and family communication, documentation, and continuous improvement of care processes.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in Internal Medicine, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients.
- Experience or interest in critical care settings, including working with ICU teams and managing hemodynamically unstable or complex patients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including tele-ICU clinicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and comfort with technology-enhanced care, such as audio-video communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues, with clear and thorough clinical documentation.
- MD/DNB in Internal Medicine (or equivalent recognized qualification) with valid medical registration as per local regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and quality improvement in clinical care.
- Willingness to work in a high-acuity environment, adapt to evolving protocols, and participate in ongoing training and education.
