Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management on process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
- Develop and maintain audit plans, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in auditing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including factory operations.
- Proficiency in concurrent audit techniques and ability to identify risks effectively.
