Role Summary:

Incumbent is expected to lead internal audits and investigations, assess risks and controls, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives process improvements in BirlaNu with robust ethical governance

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct inhouse audits to ensure compliance to SOP, suggest process improvements and value adding opportunities •Coordinate with Outsourced Audit firm for timely completion of Internal Audit Assignment •Coordinate with outsourced firm for sustenance of ERM activities and then drive it inhouse.



•Track status of compliance of audit observation to ensure timely completion of action plans in liaison with process owners •Prepare Audit committee presentation for inhouse audits and review the presentation of external auditors •Perform Investigation activities as required and its reporting •Monitor adherence to designed IFC and report its operating effectiveness on a quarterly basis review and liaison with process owners to ensure its self assessment reporting.

Essential requirements in Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA is a must. Candidate with CIA/ CFE certification will be preferred •5+ years of relevant experience in internal audit within industrial/manufacturing organizations

Desirable requirements in Candidate Profile:

- Should be open to extensive travel to different sites, manufacturing units
