At Sprinklr, we are looking for passionate and highly motivated Software Engineer Interns with strong problem-solving abilities and solid foundations in Data Structures and Algorithms who are eager to work on large-scale products, solve complex engineering challenges, and learn from high-performing teams responsible for end-to-end product development. As an intern, you will collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to innovative products, and gain hands-on exposure to building scalable and impactful solutions used by global enterprises.

What You'll Do

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas across technology, algorithms, and product development.
- Solve challenging technical problems and deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
- Build reusable code, libraries, and components that improve engineering efficiency and scalability.
- Work collaboratively across teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding productivity, debugging, testing, and prototyping.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 2026 pass-outs from IITs and NITs Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Hands-on exposure to AI coding/development tools for coding, debugging, testing, or prototyping.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability,



and urgency in delivering results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with evolving requirements.
- Comfortable working across different layers of the technology stack.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, engineering practices, and AI-powered development tools.
- Hands-on exposure to coding, debugging, testing, or prototyping using AI-assisted engineering tools is a plus.
