POSITION

We are looking for a motivated Intern- IT Support to join our Corporate IT team in Mohali. In this role, you will support daily IT operations and help deliver an excellent technology experience to our employees. You will gain hands-on experience across end-user support, workplace technology, mobile device management, access management, and office IT infrastructure.

This position is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field who are eager to develop practical experience in an international corporate IT setting.

CHALLENGE

- Provide first-level IT support for employees and assist with hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 related issues.
- Support employee onboarding and off-boarding, including device preparation, asset tracking, and workplace setup.
- Manage and maintain user hardware, including laptops, monitors, accessories, and mobile devices.
- Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) activities, device enrolment, compliance,



and basic Intune administration.
- Prepare and support meeting rooms, conference technology, and larger company meetings or events.
- Assist with door access management, ID cards, permissions administration, and general IT operational tasks

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme in IT, Computer Science,
- Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline
- Strong interest in enterprise IT support and workplace technologies
- Basic understanding of Windows devices and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms
- Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or technical troubleshooting
