Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects. This role includes coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Supervisor monitors site progress, manages materials and resources, and ensures safety and cleanliness at the project location. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, addressing on-site issues, and communicating updates to project managers and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including monitoring daily work, managing schedules, and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of interior execution processes such as modular kitchen, wardrobe installation, false ceiling work, and renovation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Experience in quality control, safety compliance, and material management at residential or commercial interior sites.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to provide clear instructions to site teams and contractors.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, ability to handle in office challenges, and focus on timely completion.
- Prior experience as a site supervisor or similar role in interior or construction projects; experience in Chennai market is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Chennai and work flexible hours as required by project schedules.
