Supported by a state-of-the-art 6 Lakh sq. ft. modular manufacturing facility with German precision machinery, Homworks is launching landmark immersive showrooms (7,000 to 30,000 sq. ft.) across India.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring 5 Site Supervisors for our Modular Installation Division. The selected candidates will be responsible for traveling across India to manage and execute the end-to-end assembly, fitment, and installation of modular displays in our new upcoming retail showrooms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

On-Site Installation Execution: Lead and supervise the physical installation of modular units, customized furniture components,



and display setups across upcoming nationwide showrooms.

Technical Drawing Interpretation: Thoroughly read, analyze, and execute 2D/3D architectural drawings, carpentry detailed layouts, and modular assembly plans on-site with high precision.

Pan-India Mobility & Deployment: Travel to various project sites across India according to the company's showroom expansion schedule and stay in office through project completion

Workforce & Vendor Coordination: Direct local carpenters, modular fitters, line technicians, and sub-contractors to ensure installation milestones are met on schedule.

Quality & Defect Management: Inspect delivered factory materials on arrival, identify damaged or missing hardware/components, and ensure zero-defect finishing before site handover.

Safety & On-Site Compliance: Maintain tidy, safe work site environments, strictly adhering to installation safety guidelines and quality standards.
