Interior Site Coordinator (Experience / Freshers)
Location: Bengaluru South · On-site · Full-time
Experience: 0–3 years · Freshers with a relevant background welcome
Location: Remote / Bangalore
About the role The Interior Site Coordinator owns end-to-end site execution for our interior wall and space transformation projects. You are the person who makes sure what was designed is what gets measured, delivered, and installed — coordinating schedules, confirming measurements, and keeping every project moving to timeline and quality standard.
You sit between the client, the installers and vendors, our in-house designers, and the internal design and operations teams, keeping all of them working from the same accurate information. When something on-site doesn't add up, you're the one who catches it and settles it before it becomes expensive.
What you'll do
- Coordinate site execution end to end — scheduling visits and overseeing measurements, and ensuring measurement taken as per design specifications to implement accurately on-site.
- Conduct and verify site measurements — with the labour team over video call, and on-site in person when a project needs it.
- Liaise across everyone involved — clients, installers, vendors, and our in-house design and operations teams — to confirm measurements, coordinate material delivery, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP — logging every accurate measurement and update so the whole team can rely on the data without re-checking it.
- Document project progress — tracking each project against its timeline and flagging risks early.
- Ensure a clean handover — passing measurements to the team in a form they can build on with confidence.
- Monitor safety and compliance on every site.
- Feed back to improve the process — giving clear, practical input that makes each installation smoother than the last.
- Comfortable using LiDAR scanning / measurement apps (Polycam,
magicplan or similar) to capture site dimensions and export to AutoCAD.
- Capture site geometry using LiDAR scanning tools where available, verify the dimensions, and clean up the output in AutoCAD before it reaches the team.
This role owns that work end to end. You read the drawing, you enter it, you check it is right, and you build the 3D model that design, sales, operations and the customer all work from. When the measurements are right, everything after them is easier.
Responsibilities
- Read the drawings. Take what a field expert sends back and understand it — the room, each wall, and everything that interrupts a wall.
- Enter it into the CRM. Upload the drawing images, then record each room, each wall, and each section: heights, widths, and the cutouts that come off them.
- Check it before it travels. If a drawing doesn't add up, go back to the field expert and settle it. It is far cheaper to ask than to correct it later.
- Build the 3D model. Model the room and its walls in AutoCAD or a comparable tool, so the space can be seen rather than imagined.
- Hand it over. Give design, sales and operations a model and a set of measurements they can rely on without re-checking.
- Get the customer's sign-off. Share it with the client so everyone is working from dimensions they have agreed to.
Tools, Positive To Have
- SketchUp, Revit, Rhino or 3ds Max alongside AutoCAD.
- Any exposure to interiors, wall coverings or fit-out work.
- Having used a CRM or any structured data-entry system before.
- Being able to explain a drawing clearly to somebody who cannot read one.
Who You'll Work with Every day, and closely: operations, who schedule the visits and the installs; sales, who are quoting from your numbers; design, who build on your model; and the field experts whose drawings you'll be reading — and occasionally sending back.
You sit between all of them. It suits somebody who likes being the person the rest of the team can rely on to have got the details right.
