Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Sales Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Interior Sales Consultant will engage with clients to provide expert consulting on interior design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, offering tailored design solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to business growth.

Job Requirement

- Graduation / relevant Diploma.
- Freshers to upto 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Holds knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
- Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style)
- Technical design (Material knowledge,



Execution and Drawing Preparation)
- Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
- Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
- Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
- Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
- Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
- Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.

Qualifications

- Experience in Sales Consulting and Customer Service
- Solid Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Consulting abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Relevant experience in interior design or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
