Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and customer-focused Interior Sales & Design Executive who can handle both client consultations and interior design. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, develop creative design solutions, prepare quotations, and convert leads into successful projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management

- Handle incoming leads and schedule client meetings.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
- Conduct client consultations and present design concepts.
- Prepare project quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Interior Design
- Develop space planning and furniture layouts.
- Create mood boards and material selections.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, living spaces, bedrooms, and complete residential interiors.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Present design concepts confidently to clients.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and within budget.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of residential interior design.
- Knowledge of space planning and material selection.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical solutions.
- Robust problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Software Knowledge

Preferred proficiency in

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Enscape
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Canva (optional)

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong design skills may apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design or interior sales is preferred.

- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good team player with excellent organizational skills.
