Shardes Interiors is looking for 3 experienced Site Supervisors to join our team for ongoing residential and commercial interior projects in Kochi.

We are looking for candidates who have good hands-on site experience and can independently coordinate and manage daily interior site activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site work
- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, electricians, plumbers and other workers
- Coordinate with Design, Project and Factory teams
- Check site measurements, materials and workmanship
- Ensure execution as per drawings and project requirements
- Monitor work progress and timelines
- Identify and resolve site-related issues
- Prepare regular site progress updates
- Coordinate with clients and project teams when required





Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision / Fit-Out
- Positive practical knowledge of interior materials and execution
- Ability to read and understand working drawings and layouts
- Good knowledge of site coordination and execution
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Ability to handle site activities independently
- Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Kochi

Preferred

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
