Job Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for interior projects. Review drawings, layouts, and specifications to calculate material quantities. Prepare project cost estimates and quotations.

Coordinate with the design, purchase, project, and site teams. Verify material quantities and measurements at site. Prepare and check client/vendor bills and measurement sheets.

Monitor project costs and maintain proper quantity records. Identify quantity variations and assist in cost control. Ensure accuracy in estimation and documentation.

Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in interior quantity surveying/estimation. Positive knowledge of interior materials, measurements, and BOQ preparation. Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Strong calculation, coordination, and documentation skills. Candidates with interior execution/site experience will be preferred.
