Role Description The Interior Site Incharge will oversee day-to-day interior construction activities at the project site in Chakan, ensuring work is executed according to design, quality standards, and timelines. This full time, on-site role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, supervising site staff, and monitoring progress to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities involve checking workmanship, verifying materials and measurements, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining safety and compliance with company procedures.

The Interior Site

Incharge will also prepare basic reports, update project status, support site documentation,



and communicate regularly with project managers and designers to keep work aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

- Experience in interior site supervision or site incharge roles within construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, drawings, and basic construction methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and site teams to meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Basic skills in documentation, reporting, and using common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of site safety practices and adherence to relevant safety standards and procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, consultants, and workers.
- Ability to work independently at site, take initiative, and handle day-to-day problem-solving.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred; relevant practical experience will be considered.
- Prior experience working on interior projects in industrial or commercial settings in or around Chakan is an advantage.
