Key Responsibilities:

Project

Planning &

- Coordination

- Review project scope, drawings, and specifications.

- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.

- Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for approvals and design clarifications.

2. Site Execution &

- Monitoring

- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress as per schedule.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.

- Verify material quality, quantities, and workmanship standards.

3. Budgeting &

- Cost Control

- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.

- Manage vendor contracts, quotations, and billing.

- Track project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Ensure all works are executed within approved budgets.

4. Team &

- Vendor Management

- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Coordinate procurement schedules with purchase and logistics teams.

- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

5. Quality, Safety &

- Compliance

- Enforce company standards, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.





- Ensure all interior finishes and installations meet design intent and client expectations.

- Maintain project documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.

Client

Interaction &

- Reporting

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during execution.

- Provide regular progress updates and reports.

- Handle client feedback, variation requests, and change orders professionally.

- Ensure timely handover with snag-free completion.

Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 5–10 years in interior fit-out or turnkey project management.

- Industry: Commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or corporate interiors.

Skills &

- Competencies:

- Strong project planning and execution skills.

- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior design detailing.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
