Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools, and fluent in Malayalam and English to handle client communication smoothly. You will be responsible for creating design concepts, developing technical drawings, and guiding clients through material selection and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- 2D Drafting & Layouts: Create detailed 2D floor plans, working drawings, elevations, and layout concepts using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualizations: Develop realistic 3D interior renderings and visualizations using 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in Malayalam and English to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
- Material & Color Selection: Assist clients in selecting suitable materials, lighting, furniture, color schemes, and finishes within their budget.
- Site Measurement & Inspection:



Visit project sites to take accurate measurements and coordinate with site execution teams to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
- Project Delivery: Complete design packages on time and ensure all technical specs match client requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Technical Skills (Mandatory):
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting, layout designs, and working details).
- Strong expertise in 3D Software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar tools).
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for presentations is a plus.

- Language Proficiency:
- Malayalam: Fluent (Mandatory for client coordination).
- English: Professional communication (Written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, time management, and client management skills.
