Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and functional needs.

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space-planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop high-quality 3D interior visualizations and presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, crockery units, false ceilings, partitions, wall panelling, furniture, and other customized interior works.
- Prepare electrical, lighting, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, and furniture layouts in coordination with the respective teams.
- Prepare estimation, cutting details, material specifications, BOQs, and quantity requirements wherever required.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, hardware, lighting, furniture, sanitaryware, and accessories.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, technically feasible, and suitable for site execution.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, contractors, carpenters, vendors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design verification, execution clarification, and quality checking.
- Ensure execution at site is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.




- Identify design discrepancies and resolve site-related design issues promptly.
- Incorporate client comments and revisions while maintaining proper revision control.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, approvals, specifications, and design revisions.
- Support the project team in achieving agreed project schedules and handover timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong space-planning and interior design capability.
- Positive understanding of residential and commercial interior execution.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, customized furniture, false ceilings, wall finishes, flooring, lighting, and interior materials.
- Ability to convert concepts into execution-ready drawings.
- Knowledge of materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, acrylic, glass, stone, hardware, and other interior finishes.
- Good understanding of site measurements and construction details.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
