Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative and functional interior design concepts for commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing design presentations, coordinating construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and aligning FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) with project requirements and budgets. The role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed as planned and meet quality standards.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular site visits, client meetings, and supervision of ongoing work.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional and aesthetic layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including understanding of building codes and technical detailing.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work on-site, coordinate with contractors, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects; experience with turnkey execution is an advantage.
