Role Description The Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed layouts, and planning functional spaces for residential projects. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their requirements, preparing mood boards and presentations, coordinating FF&E; selections,



and producing construction drawings in collaboration with architects and contractors. The role also involves site visits to monitor progress, ensure design adherence, and address any on-site design challenges.

The Interior

Designer will work closely with project teams to deliver designs on time, within budget, and aligned with Bizzoppo Interiors’ quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection for residential projects.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles relevant to interior layouts.
- Ability to create accurate Construction Drawings and design documentation.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate client needs into design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Prior experience in residential interior design, especially in an on-site environment, is an advantage.
