Key Responsibilities -

- Understand project briefs and management direction, and translate them into clear tasks for the design team.
- Review layouts, concepts, elevations, working drawings, 3D views, presentations, and material selections before final submission.
- Plan and monitor design timelines to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Conduct internal design reviews and maintain consistency in design quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure all design requirements and project information are complete and aligned. Identify missing drawings, measurements, or details before projects move to execution.
- Train, guide, and support junior designers while maintaining proper drawing and revision discipline.




- Consolidate design-related options and issues and present clear recommendations to management for decision-making.

Skills required: Strong interior design and space-planning ability Preferably around 6–10+ years of relevant experience; solid working-drawing and detailing knowledge; AutoCAD proficiency; understanding of 3D/rendering workflows; material and furniture knowledge; ability to review another designer’s work; leadership and task-allocation ability; good client communication; and enough site knowledge to ensure designs are actually executable.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
