Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect – Admissions & Sales Counselor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Interior Designer or Architect with strong subject expertise and a sales-oriented mindset to join our admissions team. This role is suited for a design professional who can confidently counsel prospective students, explain program value with authority, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate can connect industry knowledge with student aspirations and guide them toward the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities:

· Counsel prospective students and parents about Interior Design & Architecture programs

· Present programs with clarity, credibility, and industry insight

· Drive admissions conversions through consultative counseling

· Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively

· Explain curriculum, software tools, career paths,



and industry scope

· Evaluate student interest, aptitude, and career goals

· Maintain lead follow-ups and conversion records

· Support admission events, seminars, and orientation sessions

· Work closely with academic and marketing teams during admission cycles

Required Qualifications:

· Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

· Strong subject knowledge and practical industry exposure

· 2 years of skilled or academic experience preferred

Core Skills:

· Persuasive counseling and communication skills

· Sales-focused, conversion-driven approach

· Ability to simplify technical design concepts

· Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

· Confident, target-oriented, and student-focused

Preferred:

· Experience in education admissions or counseling

· Teaching, mentoring, or portfolio guidance experience
