Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and maintain ongoing communication to understand and fulfill their requirements effectively.
- Design Development: Create and refine cutting-edge design concepts that align with project requirements, client preferences, and budget constraints.
- Quality Design Deliverables: Creation and delivery of design concepts, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality.
- Quotation/BOQ Preparation: Prepare detailed quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Independent Project Handling: Independently manage entire projects from conceptualization to completion, including design, client liaison, and material selection.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously,



ensuring alignment with client expectations regarding budget and design aesthetics.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement team, and other design professionals, to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Quality Control: Maintain a rigorous standard of design quality, paying meticulous attention to detail to exceed client expectations consistently.
- Customer Experience Ownership: Take ownership of the customer experience throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
