Location: Prince Medical College & Hospital, Sikar

Reporting To: HOD – Critical Care / Medical Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in ICU.
- Manage patients requiring ventilatory, hemodynamic and organ-support therapies.
- Conduct daily ICU rounds and monitor patient progress.
- Manage medical, surgical, trauma and other critical-care emergencies.
- Perform/coordinate procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, airway management and resuscitation, as per credentialing.
- Coordinate with consultants, surgeons, nursing staff and other clinical teams.
- Ensure appropriate use of investigations, medications, antibiotics and critical-care protocols.
- Maintain accurate ICU documentation and clinical handover.
- Follow patient safety, infection-control and hospital quality protocols.
- Participate in ICU audits,



mortality reviews, emergency drills and clinical training.

Candidate Requirements
- MBBS with valid medical registration – Mandatory
- MD/DNB/DrNB in Critical Care Medicine / Anaesthesia / General Medicine / Emergency Medicine or relevant specialty – Preferred
- 0–5 years of relevant ICU/critical-care experience
- Strong skills in ventilator management, resuscitation and critical-care decision-making
- Valuable communication and multidisciplinary teamwork
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties
- BLS/ACLS certification will be an advantage
