- Prepare and maintain the daily/monthly insurance renewal due list.

- Track policies expiring within 60/45/30/15/7 days.

- Contact customers through phone, WhatsApp, SMS and other approved channels.

- Inform customers about renewal due dates, premium details, coverage and available options.

- Generate renewal quotations and coordinate with insurance companies/brokers.

- Follow up continuously until the policy is renewed or the customer confirms renewal elsewhere.

- Ensure minimum policy lapse through timely follow-up.

- Customer Handling

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

- Understand customer requirements and explain insurance coverage clearly.

- Handle customer queries regarding renewal, NCB, IDV, add-ons and policy documents.

- Coordinate with the customer for required documents and information.

- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

Sales & Conversion

- Achieve assigned monthly insurance renewal targets.

- Improve renewal conversion percentage.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities such as:

- Zero Depreciation

- Roadside Assistance





- Engine Protection

- Return to Invoice

- Other applicable add-on covers

- Follow up with customers who have received quotations but have not yet renewed.

- Recover lost/lapsed renewal opportunities wherever possible.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Insurance Manager, Sales, Service, CRM and Accounts teams.

- Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers for quotations, endorsements and policy issuance.

- Ensure renewed policy documents are received and shared with customers promptly.

- Escalate customer complaints or policy-related issues to the concerned manager.

MIS & Reporting

Maintain accurate daily records of:

- Total policies due for renewal

- Customers contacted

- Quotations issued

- Renewals completed

- Pending renewals

- Lost renewals

- Lapsed policies

- Renewal premium

- Renewal conversion %

- Follow-up status

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
