Role: Insurance F&A; Solutioning Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Insurance F&A; Solutioning Leader to drive solution design, bid management, and client engagement for strategic growth opportunities across the Insurance vertical. This role will be responsible for translating client business challenges into integrated, outcome-driven solutions by leveraging EXL’s domain expertise, digital capabilities, analytics, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solutioning for large Insurance F&A; pursuits and strategic revenue opportunities.
- Own and manage end-to-end RFI/RFP responses, due diligence, and client presentations.
- Develop compelling value propositions, business cases, and integrated solutions across Insurance F&A; processes (P2P, R2R, Reconciliations, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Digital, Analytics, and Transition teams to build client-centric solutions.
- Support go-to-market initiatives by identifying market opportunities and developing innovative, technology-enabled solutions.




- Lead solution presentations, orals, demos, and executive-level client discussions.
- Mentor and manage solutioning team members while driving high-quality deliverables.

Eligibility:

- Experience in Insurance F&A;, with expertise in at least three of the following areas:

- Solution Design

- Strategic Consulting

- Digital Transformation
- Data & Analytics
- Pre-sales & Bid Management

- Account Management

- Insurance Operations Leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid understanding of Insurance industry value chains and F&A; processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of leading complex pursuits and shaping large transformation opportunities.
