Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Insurance Marketing Manager to manage insurance and TPA business development, strengthen relationships with insurance companies/TPAs, and increase patient referrals and cashless business for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, corporate clients, and other healthcare partners.
- Identify opportunities to increase insurance and cashless patient volumes.
- Coordinate with insurance/TPA representatives for empanelment, renewals, and business development.
- Conduct regular meetings and visits with insurance companies, TPAs, brokers, and corporate HR/administration teams.
- Negotiate and coordinate on hospital packages, tariffs, agreements, and commercial terms.
- Generate recent corporate and insurance/TPA tie-ups for the hospital.
- Coordinate with hospital departments such as Billing, TPA Desk, Front Office, Operations, and Medical Administration to ensure smooth patient services.
- Follow up on cashless approvals, queries, claim-related issues, and pending cases in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Monitor business performance, patient referrals, revenue, and outstanding payments from insurance/TPA accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on insurance business, empanelments, referrals, collections, and targets.




- Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues with insurance/TPA partners.
- Support marketing activities, health camps, corporate tie-ups, and promotional initiatives related to insurance patients.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable insurance/TPA requirements.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital insurance/TPA marketing, healthcare business development, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hospital insurance and cashless processes.
- Experience in handling insurance companies, TPAs, brokers, and corporate clients preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
