Job Title: Insurance Advisor / Insuarance sales

Role Overview

As a Wealth Solutions Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth while acting as a trusted financial partner to clients. This role combines calling and field sales, client relationship management, and advisory-driven selling. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth by sourcing new leads through outbound calls, field activities,

referrals, and structured prospecting methods.
- Market and sell insurance, mutual fund, and health solutions in line with organizational

guidelines and client requirements.
- Manage existing client portfolios through regular follow-ups, renewals, and

identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by assessing financial objectives





and delivering appropriate wealth solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets in alignment with company

sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and

performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent delivery of a skilled customer experience, fostering trust,

retention, and long-term client value.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Interest in financial planning, investments, and wealth management.
- Prior experience in financial services or sales is an advantage, but freshers with the right

attitude are welcome.
