We are looking for an experienced, high-performing Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales operations, drive business acquisition, and manage a team of advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a frontline sales force to achieve demanding revenue, life, health, and general insurance targets across the territory. You will develop local market penetration strategies, monitor pipeline performance, conduct regular client pitch interventions, and ensure strict compliance with IRDAI statutory norms and internal documentation standards.

The position requires strong cross-functional coordination to expedite underwriting, oversee client retention through timely renewals, and handle key high-value accounts.



Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years of demonstrated success in financial or insurance sales, including at least 1–2 years in direct team management, accompanied by exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
