Work Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Site/Project/Instrumentation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in industrial/EPC procurement, preferably with hands-on exposure to erection, commissioning, or site execution.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, strong technical understanding, and experience coordinating with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, and EPC contractors, including international vendors across the USA, Europe, and Middle East.

The role involves end-to-end technical and commercial procurement, vendor coordination, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue RFQs for industrial equipment including:
- Field instruments and transmitters
- Control systems
- Valves and actuators
- Pumps, motors and compressors
- HVAC and related equipment
- Coordinate with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers and EPC contractors.
- Obtain and review technical submittals, datasheets, drawings, manuals, NMR and SPDP.
- Perform technical bid evaluation and commercial comparison according to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant international standards such as API, ASME, IEC, IEEE, ISO, BIS and ATEX.
- Conduct price, delivery and commercial negotiations with vendors.
- Prepare final techno-commercial proposals/bids for clients.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management and Sales teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with global OEMs and suppliers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Industrial Procurement




- Engineering Procurement
- EPC Procurement
- OEM / Industrial Trading
- Project Procurement
- Exposure to industries such as:
- Oil & Gas
- Petrochemical & Refinery
- Power Plants
- Transportation & Infrastructure
- Telecommunications
- Industrial Automation
- Practical knowledge of erection, commissioning or site execution will be a solid advantage.
- Experience dealing with international clients and suppliers, particularly USA/Europe, is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, including phone calls, emails and technical documentation.

- Pressure & Temperature Transmitters
- Pumps, Motors & Compressors
- Hazardous Area Classification
- HAZOP

Standards Familiarity with API, ASME, IEC, IEEE and ISO standards is preferred.

Preferred OEM Exposure

Emerson, ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Flowserve, Fisher, Auma, Bray, Klinger, Moog, Rosemount, Yokogawa, KSB, L&T;, Audco, Apollo, Parker, Rockwell, CAT and Cummins.
