Key Responsibilities

- Field Instrument Maintenance: Calibrate and service pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters, smart control valves, and motor-operated valves (MOV) BSS,ZSS,CBS &
- Others Field Instrument.

- Specialized CHP Systems: Maintain Conveyor belt Safety System, Belt Scale, Silo System, Stacker, Tripercar, Coke Crusher etc.

- DCS and PLC Operation: Troubleshoot Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic, I/O modules, and communication networks running conveyor lines, stacker-reclaimers, Wagon Loader, Truck Loading System, and crushers.

- Preventive &

- Breakdown Maintenance:

Execute routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, attend to emergency breakdowns, and complete root-cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Enforce Permit to Work (PTW) rules, apply Lock-Out/Tag-Out/Try-Out (LoToTo) protocols, and follow safety norms in heavy industrial zones.

- Spares &

- Documentation:





Track spare parts using inventory platforms like SAP/CMMS and update instrument loops, P&IDs;, and shift logs.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics &
- Instrumentation, or Control &
- Instrumentation Engineering.

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on plant experience in Operation &

- Maintenance (O&M;) of bulk material handling or thermal power plant CHP environments.

- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS platforms (e.g., Yokogawa, Emerson, ABB), loop calibration, industrial networks, and asset management systems like SAP.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
