​ AdBriewer is hiring an Inside Sales Trainee to spearhead our front-of-funnel business outreach. In this role, you will bridge the gap between initial prospect research and closed business by engaging target decision-makers via outbound calls, LinkedIn networking, and web prospecting to secure qualified sales meetings. Freshers and final-year graduates eager to launch a career in B2B tech and digital services sales are encouraged to apply.

​ Key Responsibilities

- ​Execute disciplined outbound calling campaigns using targeted lead databases and account lists.
- ​Source and engage target stakeholders across LinkedIn and digital platforms through structured, personalized messaging.
- ​Deliver crisp, persuasive elevator pitches that effectively position AdBriewer's web development and digital solutions.
- ​Identify prospect pain points, qualify business interest, and lock in discovery appointments for the senior sales team.




- ​Maintain clean daily records of outreach volumes, call dispositions, follow-ups, and booked meetings.

​ Candidate Requirements

- ​Recent graduate or final-year student available to begin immediately.
- ​Articulate verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone presence.
- ​Natural drive for outreach, cold pitching, objection handling, and consultative conversation.
- ​Basic working knowledge of LinkedIn search filters, web research, and spreadsheets.
- ​Goal-oriented mindset with high discipline and eagerness to absorb B2B sales coaching.
