About the Role

We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive client outreach and lead conversion for our portfolio of branded ultra-luxury residence. You'll be the first point of contact for UHNI (ultra-high-net-worth) prospects, qualifying leads, building relationships, and moving them toward site visits and closings.

What You'll Do

- Reach out to prospective UHNI buyers via calls, WhatsApp.
- Qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and events
- Craft and send personalized pitches for branded residential projects
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for the field sales team
- Track every touchpoint, follow-up, and lead status
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging for Instagram/WhatsApp outreach campaigns
- Stay sharp on project USPs, pricing, floor plans, and competitor offerings
- Hit weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and site-visit conversions

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
