About the RoleMind and Brain Hospital is looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Inside Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our Reception / Front Office team.

The role will be responsible for handling patient and enquiry calls, generating and following up on leads, explaining relevant hospital services, coordinating appointments, and supporting the conversion of enquiries into hospital visits.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient-friendly approach, good follow-up skills, and the ability to handle multiple enquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound patient enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries and other channels.
- Understand patient requirements and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, consultations and appointment procedures.
- Generate and maintain patient leads from enquiries, calls, walk-ins and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with prospective patients and previous enquiries.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations and scheduled visits.
- Convert genuine enquiries into confirmed appointments/visits wherever appropriate.
- Maintain proper records of all leads, follow-ups, appointment status and patient interactions.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception staff and relevant departments for appointment scheduling.
- Handle enquiries professionally while maintaining patient confidentiality and hospital protocols.
- Identify missed or pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Track lead status such as Current Lead → Contacted → Follow-up → Appointment Booked → Visited → Converted / Not Converted.
- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager regarding lead generation, follow-ups and conversions.
- Support the Reception/Front Office team during peak hours and assist with patient coordination when required.




- Maintain a qualified and courteous approach while communicating with patients and attendants.
- Escalate clinical or sensitive patient-related queries to the appropriate medical team instead of providing medical advice.
