We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our call center sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Handle customer enquiries and explain products/services clearly.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

- Convert leads into successful sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain customer details and call records.

- Build good relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.

- Provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers can also apply.

- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
