Key Responsibilities
1. Machine Operation
Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines. Start up and shut down machines as per standard operating procedures.
Load only properly dried plastic granules in to the Hopper & also busbars in to the mould accurately everytime.
Monitor machine parameters (Hourly target Vs. Avchievements, Escalation sheet etc).
Perform minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
1. Production & Productivity
Achieve shift production targets as per planning.
Eliminate rejections
Minimize cycle time while maintaining quality.
Reduce machine downtime by working as per SOP and promptly reporting issues if any in the escalation sheet.
Maintain proper production records and log sheets.
Pay: ₹10,928.47 - ₹11,000.00 per month
